The Missing Minerals and Where to Find Them - MAGNESIUM

Almost every day, in the very busy office of Jim Williams, and the offices of other nutritionists across the globe, clients are finding out that they have low magnesium. Statistics show that most people, especially in industrialized countries, are magnesium-deficient!

What does Magnesium do in the human body?

Magnesium:

  • It’s "The Relaxer”
  • Every single muscle in the body needs magnesium to flex & relax
  • Necessary for proper intestinal function
  • Promotes the elasticity of all tissues
  • Needed for proper cell formation
  • Calms brain, nerves, gastro-intestinal tract & respiration
  • Strengthens bones & teeth, and aids calcium absorption
  • Alkalizes fluids of the body
  • Neutralizes & removes acidic waste from tissues and organs
  • Counteracts and soothes feverish conditions

As you can see, without an adequate supply of magnesium, the body can’t function properly.

So, how can we increase our magnesium intake?

Many have also had great success with the food-form magnesium found in ThyroToneChlorella & Dulse and Spring Radiance.

EXAMPLES OF HIGH MAGNESIUM MEALS
